A territory is a county (or half of one) for a single trade. While you hold it, nobody else gets its list, its mail or its bookings.
What it is
Every residential parcel in the county, scored from public permit and parcel records, with the small group showing evidence of approaching demand mailed each wave.
One installer per territory
Exclusivity is written into the agreement and holds while your retainer is current. The list is never resold and the territory is never split between competing shops.
Halves
Larger counties are sold as two halves so a one-crew shop can work its side properly. The whole county is offered only to shops running at least 2 crews.
