When you sign up, we store your email address and the sales track you select. When you use the product, we store the kits you generate, the outcomes you record, and related analytics events. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
Your data powers your personalized intelligence feed, kit generation, and outcome tracking. Aggregated, non-identifying analytics help us improve the product.
When you use VantageHound to send a kit, the email is delivered via Postmark on your behalf. The recipient's email address is stored in your outreach history. We never send emails without your explicit one-click approval.
All data is stored in Supabase with Row Level Security (RLS) enforced at the database level. Each user can only access their own data. Connections are encrypted via TLS. Passwords are never stored — we use magic-link authentication.
You can export or delete your data at any time by contacting us at privacy@vantagehound.com. We will respond within 30 days.
We use essential cookies for authentication only. No third-party tracking cookies are used.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
